The Colington Harbour board meeting is always the 3rd Tuesday of each month, 7pm at the Club House. Exceptions will be noted on the Home Page.

Dear Realtor: Anyone selling or renting property in Colington Harbour MUST accompany the client in
order to pass through the guard gate. It has always been our practice to have an agent
accompany the client. You cannot send clients with keys to look at property and expect
them to get through the gate.
