The non membership fee is $200 more for each area than a club members fee. The members fees are as follows: entire facility $175 - upstairs $125 - downstairs $75. Plus cleaning which is the same for all. Entire facility is $100 and up or downstairs is $55. There is a $300 deposit which we just hold and don't cash unless there is some damage. To get a form with all the regulations and procedures there are form on the bulletin board.
