SOUND-SIDE PARK RULES:                                     

Our park is open to all residents and their guests. Please observe the following rules:

Picnic tables, grills, and the pavilion are available on a first come basis.     The pavilion may be reserved for private parties; call the Office.

No open or unattended fires are allowed. Use only one of our, or your, grills/cookers.

• No smoking or cooking fires within 50 feet of the fuel dock.

• Dispose of your trash in the cans provided.

• Watch your children while at play in the park or in the water.

• NO JUMPING OR DIVING from bulkheads, boat docks, or the fuel dock. Swim only at our sound side beach.

•  Please help keep our community restrooms clean.

• NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK - NOT EVEN ON A LEASH!

NO FIREWORKS IN THE PARK OR ANYWHERE IN THE COMMUNITY (DARE ORDINANCE) .
