Rick and I own and operate Outer Banks Landscaping and are in the process of opening CHARLENE'S Grill, Deli & Groceries on Colington Rd. Together Rick and I have donated countless hours beautifying the sound side park, operating the fuel dock [for 8 years], assisting at the pool, running the swim team fund-raisers, and more! In 2004, we won the President's Award, and I stepped in gladly when asked to be a board member that same year. In June of 2005, I was elected to serve on the Board and currently serve as CHA Liaison to the CHY&RC.
